Pamela is a trauma therapist who specializes in attachment and somatic therapy processes such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Dynamic Attachment Repatterning experience (DARe), NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Brainspotting, Focus, and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP). These processes are potent guides for assisting clients in releasing and resolving trauma with a Bottom-up approach: body, breath, and mind.
Pamela has experience working with complex trauma (C-PTSD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), developmental trauma, neurodivergence, addictions/recovery, blended families, adoptees, relationship issues, non-traditional families, religious trauma, relational trauma, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and chronic illness/pain. She also provides psychedelic-assisted therapy with ketamine for both couples and individuals and groups for individuals and couples.
