An Embodied Approach to Healing Trauma: on Your Terms and on Your Pace

Holistic somatic trauma therapy uses the body for healing, opposite of what most forms of psychotherapy offer. If you are tired of talking about the same thing over and over again, somatic therapy can help you learn to trust your body, tap into the wisdom it holds that can enable you to break the chains that trauma on you.
