Pamela is a trauma therapist that specializes in somatic therapy processes such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), Brainspotting, and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) all of which are powerful guides to assist clients in releasing and resolving trauma with a Bottom Up approach: body, breath, and mind. Pamela has experience working with complex trauma (C-PTSD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), developmental trauma, neurodivergence, addictions/recovery, blended families, adoptees, relationship issues, non-traditional families, religious trauma, relational trauma, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and chronic illness/pain. She also provides psychedelic assisted therapy with ketamine for both couples and individuals, and groups for individuals and couples. Pamela is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nashville, Tennessee and works with individuals and couples as a primary therapist, as well as collaboratively with clients and therapists to engage in trauma intensive work.
